1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website yere.io ("Website") and any services offered by YereLaunch Studio ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Dmytro Yerebakan (sole trader, Sofia, Bulgaria), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

2. Description of Services

YereLaunch Studio provides News Feed Posting and Custom Automation subscription services. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Automated content curation and feed management
• RSS feed parsing, filtering, and keyword-based content routing
• Automatic translation and localization of content feeds
• Webhook integrations and API-based delivery pipelines
• High-frequency publishing and scheduling

Specific features and limits depend on the subscription plan you select (Starter, Pro, or Business).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account & Subscription

4.1 Registration

To access paid services, you must provide accurate and complete information in the subscription form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Plan features, pricing, and limits are described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

4.3 Billing & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected (monthly or annual). All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a 14-day full refund policy for all new subscriptions. After the 14-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing cycle beyond the 14-day refund window.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use our services to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our proprietary systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written permission.
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated abuse or circumvention.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if we determine that you have violated these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code on the YereLaunch website and platform are the intellectual property of Dmytro Yerebakan / YereLaunch Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

Content processed through your feeds (e.g., news articles, blog posts) remains the intellectual property of the original content owners. We do not claim ownership over any third-party content delivered through our automation services.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable advance notice. Material changes to service functionality will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YereLaunch Studio shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• Any damages arising from your reliance on or use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dmytro Yerebakan / YereLaunch Studio from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation to resolve any disputes.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
