We want you to be completely satisfied with YereLaunch Studio's News Feed Posting and Custom Automation services. That's why we offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund guarantee.
1. 14-Day Full Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
- The refund applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
- No questions asked — you are not required to provide a reason.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
2. After the 14-Day Period
Once the 14-day refund window has passed:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
3. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following in your refund request:
- Your full name and email address associated with the subscription.
- The date of purchase.
- Your subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Business).
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and initiate the refund process promptly.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Sending an email to contact@yere.io with the subject line "Cancellation Request".
- Contacting us via LinkedIn.
Upon cancellation:
- Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made to your payment method.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.
5. Plan Downgrades
If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan instead of cancelling entirely, please contact us. We'll adjust your subscription at the start of your next billing cycle. No charges for the difference between plans will be applied retroactively.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:
- If your account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank without first contacting us for a refund. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we'll resolve it faster.
7. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection legislation, including the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. If local consumer law provides for more favorable refund terms, those terms shall apply.
